Reflexology
Reflexology treatments provided by ASA Therapies are primarily conducted using pressure points and massage techniques on the feet.
The areas on the feet which are treated include: The soles, ankles, tops of the feet, toes and the achilles area.
If you are uncomfortable with this then we may provide the treatments using pressure points on the hands.
When treating the hands you may lye down or sit upright. Area covered includes the palms, the backs of the hands, wrists, fingers and thumbs.
